Returns and Refunds
We do not provide a refund policy on our custom made car mats. Please note that all our mats are custom made to order to suit your individual vehicle which you specify on the product form – terms in line with consumer contracts regulation.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the vehicle information correctly . We will NOT be held responsible for vehicle information that is submitted incorrectly.
As mentioned above, at the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm your choice of color & pattern and all the details regarding your vehicle's Make, Model, Year, Body Shape, Number of Seats and whether it is a Right Hand Drive.
Therefore, we do not accept refund or replacement requests for your selection of incorrect information. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Although our custom made car mats for sale on our store are final sale, we guarantee quality and we are more than happy to accommodate free replacement mats if it falls under the below criteria:
- Improper fitting
- Incorrect color received (Not being satisfied with a color chosen by you does not qualify as a valid reason for a replacement or refund)
In case your item has a quality or fitting issue, please send your full name, order number, and images and or video showing the problem to info@SupremeAutoMats.com and our support team will review your request for a free replacement car mat set.
If customers insist on returning custom made products they will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials and workmanship for your custom order.
Also please note that if you don't want a free replacement car mat set, you will have to ship the mats back to our warehouse to claim any offer of a refund. The shipping cost in this case only will be the expense of the customer. Please contact us for an RA number should you choose this option.
Any issues with quality of the mats should be reported to our support team within 5 days of receiving the mats, any claims made later will not be valid.
Please note that due to the fact that our orders are custom made for each order, we can only accept cancellation or amendment requests within the first 24 hours of ordering. Please be aware that we will deduct a 25% transaction processing fee for cancelled orders. This fee covers the processing fee from our payment process and restocking costs, if any.
