The total transit duration will differ from one country to another. On average, our customers receive their items within 15-21 business days. This includes order processing, design, production, packaging and shipping. In very rare occasions, there can be additional delays due to customs, weather conditions and holidays.

Once your order is produced and shipped out, you will be provided with a tracking number by email. This can be used to track the exact location of your package whilst it is in transit. To track your order, click here.
This depends on how well you usually maintain the cleanliness of your car. However, we recommend that you wipe them with a wet cloth once a week. If you do not regularly clean the mats, this will eventually expose them to being damaged.
All of our mats have a fitting guarantee. If for any reason there is an issue with how the mats fit, please contact us and our team will request images in order verify the fitting issue. Once verified, you will receive a replacement set of mats.
We need precise manufacturer measurements to make the mats and in some cases there may be sizing issues with the manufacturer measurements. We are constantly developing our products and working with manufacturers worldwide to ensure the most precise fittings.
